Shipping Policy

Dispatch times

We ship within 3–5 working days of your order being confirmed. Plants are living products, and dispatch time can vary slightly depending on stock preparation and courier collection schedules — we don't guarantee same-day dispatch.

Delivery partners

Standard orders are delivered by CourierGuy. At checkout you'll see live delivery quotes based on your address and the size of your order. Delivery generally takes an additional 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Large or oversized plants

We currently only ship products that fit within standard courier parcel limits. Larger plants requiring special freight arrangements aren't available for online order yet — reach out via our Contact Us page if you're after something big.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of the items in your cart, using live CourierGuy rates. You'll see the exact cost before paying.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll be able to see its tracking number and courier status on your orders page.
